       Attorney Xenos's mother Katherine and late father Daniel settled in Arlington, Massachusetts upon their marriage in 1949. They owned and operated the local NAPA Auto Parts establishment together from its 1976 incorporation through the 2008 death of Daniel. Katherine has remained active in the clerical part of the business, assisting one of her sons and two of her grandchildren in continuing the legacy of her and her husband.   All five of the Xenos children graduated from the Arlington Public School System. Katherine remains a resident of Arlington, as do four of her children and four of her grandchildren.

      Attorney Xenos was born in 1957 and graduated from Arlington High School in 1975. He resumed his education in 1993, earning degrees from Northeastern University (B.S., summa cum laude, 1996) and from Suffolk University Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2000). A resident of Chelmsford, Massachusetts since 1997, Attorney Xenos established his law practice in 2001.
